Hospitalisation & Intensive Care
Sometimes our furkids require a little more TLC to help them through their illness. We have various sized hospitalisation facilities for small to large dogs, as well as separate isolation facilities for infectious conditions.
There will be veterinary staff caring for your hospitalised pet round the clock and overnight.
In order to allow all hospitalised pets to get their much needed rest in a peaceful environment, and to allow our staff to conduct treatments in a timely manner, please note that visiting hours for hospitalised patients are:
Weekdays: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
If you are only able to visit your pet outside of these hours, please inform us for alternative arrangements within our opening hours.
While we understand that owners are worried while their pets are in hospital, we do not allow owners to stay overnight with their pets for staff safety reasons. Please be rest assured that it is our priority to provide dedicated care to all hospitalised patients.
We understand that some pet parents may prefer to spend more time with their pets during their stay. Our VIP wards allows for pet parents to stay with their pet throughout our opening hours, with a private resting space for pets and visiting lounge for pet parents.
