Place your request for a prescription refill in the form below or email us at enquiry@ambervet.com. You will be contacted within 3 working weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) with the status of your request. Kindly note that requests submitted after 4.00pm will be considered submitted on the following work weekday.

Special order items will require prepayment before the order is processed. Our team will contact you if the item requested for is a special order item.

To ensure that your pet has enough medicine or food before your requested item(s) arrives, please submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance. For urgent requests, please call us during our opening hours at 6245 5543.

Your request will be reviewed and is subject to the approval of our veterinarians in accordance to the The Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) regulations before it may be dispensed.

In any odd event of technical error and if you do not hear from us within 3 work weekdays, please call us at 6245 5543 or you may also email your request to us at enquiry@ambervet.com.

We are open on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. Do note that peak period consultation applies from 5:30 pm on weekdays and all days on Saturdays.
