Making Appointments

Booking an Appointment

Please call us for an appointment. In order to manage our appointment schedule and minimise the waiting time for our clients, we do not encourage walk-ins. Please note that waiting times may be longer (1-2 hours or more) for walk-ins as priority is given to appointment holders.

In the interest of fairness to all clients, appointments arriving more than 10 minutes late will be placed in the walk-in queue.

Please note that appointment registration closes strictly 30 minutes before each closing time. After hours surcharges apply for appointments arriving after registration closing, or if walk-ins arrive at an earlier time when the appointment schedule is full and the duty veterinarian is unable to see your pet before registration closing time.

When calling for an appointment, please allow us to obtain your necessary particulars to register or retrieve your record. Our staff will also take some time to obtain a history from you over the phone. This allows us to understand your concerns, advise if stool and/or urine samples are required when coming for your appointment, and if your pet's condition requires urgent attention.

We appreciate your call if you expect to be late or would like to cancel or postpone your appointment. This allows us to book another appropriate appointment time for you and ensure that we can serve all clients in a timely and efficient manner. Occupying an appointment slot that is not fulfilled may deny another pet from receiving prompt medical attention.

New Clients

For new clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for registration. As we will create a record for you and your pet that is legal in the Court of Law, a valid photo I.D. is required for all registrations and registered owners must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

Waiting Time

We value the time that you commit for your pet's healthcare. As we believe in spending quality time with you and your pet such that you thoroughly understand your pet's condition, waiting times will vary depending on the complexity of cases seen. We appreciate your patience when waiting times are longer than expected. We will endeavour to inform you prior to your appointment if we expect delays.

If you feel that your pet is in an emergency situation, please call us immediately for advice and state your emergency so that we can prepare for your soonest arrival. Our veterinary team will perform a triage assessment of your pet upon arrival, and your pet will be given priority to be attended to our veterinarian if deemed urgent based on the triage assessment. If your pet is assessed to be stable, normal waiting times will apply.

We appreciate your patience with inevitable delays to your appointment when our team is managing an emergency.
